no issue for me when i signed up in June 2014.

AF charged & waived automatically, 2 months after approval.

when u sign up, check with the agent on year 1's AF waiver .

Seem like HL bank process credit card super slow

16/4 - submitted application
22/4 - sales person only help to submit on today 
8/5 - after 10 working days, received sms from bank about process application
9/5 - received sms about card arrange for delivery immediately

Until now the card is yet to arrive, from submit until now almost a month. Checked back the record here that only 3 working days to be received. No idea what is going on. going to call CS inquiry with it

I personally noticed that HLB CS is not so friendly as I have called them 3 times previously 

So the 30%CB is for the weekend spends, the minimum 3x weekday spends don't get CB?
If yes, then weekday swipe 3 x RM1, weekend swipe 1x rm333 to get max rm100 CB?

this 30% cb is separate from your existing hlb wise cb. so you can make that 3x weekdays swipe to be within your selected categories so that you will not waste it.

the 30% is for weekends. so for the weekdays 3x swipe, don't need to rush. just use it like usual and earn the 10% for the 3x swipes within your selected categories.

weekdays spend is for capturing your eligibility.
weekend spend is for capturing your 30% cb.

reason is cashback is given based on POSTING DATE cuz some transactions will get posted few days later. so, to be safe, try to hit 10x by 26th (about 1 week earlier) before month end.

if you know a particular merchant/transaction always posted 1-2 days later, then you can swipe on 28th/29th/30th.

Yes, as long as posting date is 31st/30th then you are safe. I would advise you to stop using it 2 days before the last day of the month (i.e 29 if 31st and 28 if 30th)

last time hlb very slow 3-5 days. after their upgrade quite fast already 1-2 days.
