Yeah, I've launched a complaint thru their helpline and they've escalated to the relevant dept.
Awaiting for their feedback in 4 working days time.

Let's see how HLB gonna solve this kinda issue.

Anyway, thx for all the kind helpĀ  thumbup.gif

If you like movies, the extra GSC card is very worthy. They will waive the GST every year (only one GST for the wise card), annual fees (RM150) waived if swipe > 12 times/ year or you can even call to waive it. It preloaded with cash value for movie. For eg. I got 2 tickets of Robocop movie for only RM5.25 (which charge on this card, of course the cash value will expired in 1 year if not used)
In conclusion, it wasn't much of drawback to just take that card anyway. laugh.gif

Are you sure just one GST charge for wise+GSC? For me, the 12 swipe amount will be better to use with others better reward card like amex or watami.

There is a lot promo for movie ticket out there too,
Any Visa card buy 1 free 1 for GSC (Friday)
CIMB card - buy 1 free 1 for GSC (weekend)
HSBC card - buy 1 free 1 for GSC (Sunday)
Maxis reward - Rm10 for 2 ticket at TGV anytime (download voucher in maxis reward apps)

Yeah. Please add
citibank friday buy 1 free 1
BSN batman visa buy 6 free 6 (buy on saturday for ticket anyday)
Hong Leong GSC buy 1 free 1 (and paid by bonus point) (buy on thursday for ticket anyday)
Eventually using Hong-leong GSC card is paying almost like half a ticket price for 2 tickets (only when still having the bonus point)

Please note that I call to waived the annual fees only. The GST is automatically waived on the same time it being charged. smile.gif
For the 12 times swipe, what I mean is watch 12 times movies in a year lor. (As I also owned wise, amex, aeon watami). smile.gif

My combo card credit limit is splitted.
For example in a statement, combined limit is 20000, GSC credit limit is 10000, and wise card limit is 10000.
Anyway, GSC card is for movie, if you going for >12 times movie a year. You do not need to pay any GST or annual fees. No point to apply GSC if you like to download movie and watch at home (perhaps lots people here prefer that because of their 90" TV thumbup.gif ).
For WISE card, just apply the gold and pay both GST and annual fees. Don't need a limit more than 1500 unless you planning to do balance transfer or flexipay lor. Because everyone here know that the max monthly rebate hit with RM1000 PLANNED spending. tongue.gif

Perhaps, some misunderstanding my previous post. I'm not promoting GSC card, just that it's a card for those who goes movies. It has NOT MUCH BENEFIT if you don't go GSC. Don't waste your time to get the card then. smile.gif
