I think we can stop the discussion on letting other people using your card. When we applied and subsequently signed at the back of the card, we have actually agreed to the bank's terms and conditions so it is binding. The terms may be worded differently but they will all point that the cardholder must not allow anyone else to use the card.

Whether we want to allow others to use the card or not, it is up to everyone's own discretion (including whatever consequence that may occur) but since we are at a public forum, it is best to just point out to the terms.

Didn't read up the term but looks like banks are very fond of such promo...maybank, public bank and now hlb
