Actually what is the minimum level to participate in VOG?

I understand the strike states that in normal mode its 26 but I have been observing LFG forawhile and it seems that people around 28 are organizing normal mode VOG runs, so I am just curious if I am a level 26 hunter, will it hurt if I join a normal VOG raid?

Until now, I have been playing crucible like really a lot lol, and have been stagnant for a while hehe

Haha i am feeling inferior already. Think I am just going to continue kicking a** in Crucible then lol.. But if you all ever need a filler and considerably good gunner I am always up to the task hehe
