if u still think u r not high level enough for hard mode, my suggestions:
1) make a duplicate of your character (e.g. 2 warlocks). transfer leveled up armors & weapons through vault.
2) daily, weekly 2 times a week for extra materials, exp, bounties
3) normal raid 2 times a week. you can get raid armors (chest, gauntlet, boots) on normal. u still need luck here.
4) go for exotic helmet if you want to get to level 30 early - of course after getting other raid armors. raid helmet only drop after beating atheon on hard mode.
5) max your weapons.
