Raid gear starting light also 18, but the last three upgrade give more light so that it reach 30 light.

Normal legendary gear starts at +15 light so it stands to reason that Iron Banner legendaries that start at +18 would be equivalent to raid legendaries.

Try to look at the last 3 upgrade, if not mistaken in raid gear need 7 shard instead of 6 in normal legendary.

Only 10 marks to buy a legendary weapon? I bet dismantling it doesn't give any Energy. If it does, expect Bungie to patch it out like Queen's Wrath.
