We started at gatekeeper last night.. it was fine.. then Atheon part there were some glitches.. in portal Hobgoblin resurrected itself.. then when we were in the relic dome in the center.. I died along with another 1.. never happened before... not too sure if we have to start fresh after the update. We cheesed boss on Hard before patch/update.. but we only played normal after patch.. bah..

I know it's  ur first raid so maybe you not familiar of our many usual techniques at templar before, standing on the left pillar.. but can you share what u guys did during templar? where stand all during oracle and killing templar..

Since I get tons of messages all the time asking why I am spending hours and hours in The Dark Beyond, thought of sharing the video below.

Basically I bought one of those USB dongle (Titan One) few months back when I got my PS4 that allow you to use any controller or even mouse and keyboard with consoles, it's also possible to set up script and stuff like that. What I did was set up a macro that melee over and over while strafing (it will kick me for inactivity if I only press the melee button) and bind it to a key on the controller. I press the said key and it will keep looping the script until I press the key again.

That's how I level new character most of the time, all I need to do is get them to level 6 through bounties and mission. At low level you would kill 3-4 mob before dying, that's like 45-60 XP. Obviously it isn't as fast as manually playing but with this I can afk for hours and still gain XP, you can level your skill and armor too with this method.

I know abt the 500pts, now I'm down to 1/500pts

tried using AE, but damage is too low and always got killed before I can kill them
Tried camping with shotty, slow & painful process, either got killed before second shot or finish them off with melee which doesn't count to the points
Fusion rifle, don't have one with quick charge rate, always got killed before managed to let go a shot, even if I managed a shot, most of the time it'll missed

yeah... I'm really really bad at crucible
