You only receive rewards once a week. It resets every Tuesday 5pm. Relax, I only received my AE on the 6th time raiding if I'm not mistaken, it's all depends on your luck. My raidmate got 3 AE in a row if I remember correctly.

Just raid to get more shards and energy and pray hard every checkpoint completion / opening chests to actually get weapons.
