I just recently bought Xtend and i checked its ingredient. One of is it Red Lake #40 aka Allura Red AC which is a cancer causing agent. U can google this ingredient to get more info. Red Lake #40Just need some clarifications from you guys out there about this Thanks

In general, if it is a concern, try avoiding all processed food/supplements with artificial flavours like sucralose, acesulfame K, aspartame, coloring agents etc as long term effects (esp newer ones) are unknown yet.

All you need is whey protein and creatine for supplementation. At most maybe can add in fish oil tablets. Even whey is not needed if you can get all protein from foods which is even better.
For pre-workout just have a good pre-workout meal.
Stop buying all other nonsense.
