Hi All, Here is the latest updates and now is the registration phase. Please find attached herewith all the relevant details for the Cheras 3-storey super semi-detached project, located at the hill top of Taynton View/Taman Mutiara Barat/Bukit Tiara. Kindly take note that the project name is subject to change, pending Authorities' approval. The sales gallery at site is expected to open to public on the end November 2014 and show units (with and without interior design) will ready by March 2015. The average size of land area is 4,000-6,000 sq.ft with average size of built-up area of 5,000-6,000 sq.ft. Hi rhonny,
The picture posted earlier showed some double storey SemiD. So is the launching only limited to 3 storey SemiD or will include 2 storey SemiD as well?
