Anyone using Gainward Phantom GTX970? Is this card noisy and have the whine coil issue? The price rm1199 really attractive

I tried CLU in between 4790k IHS and D14 which is aluminium based hsf, and no issue when I remove them after sometime. However, its kinda hard to removed the D14 hsf from the IHS after I lapped it and use for sometime

yea, no issue when d14 with un-lapped ihs. but when d14 + lapped ihs, u will see the lapped ihs looks like in the pic, and its quite hard to remove the hsf from the ihs, as they are sticky to each other.
