Hi, may i know has anyone ever bought Longchamp bag from mydeal? The photos of the bag shown on Mydeal website are real, but not sure they will deliver the fake one to u.... I saw they offer a very attractive deal for the Longchamp bag, the model are quite new and considered Longchamp hot selling items.

I think...you should not do so. Mydeal is know for bad customer service. if the bag turn out to be a fake one. there goes your money.

I don't think you are able to get your money back, not sure about going to their office and make a big hu-ha.

i did buy a ck bag few weeks ago and receive few days ago...
the quality is so bad bad bad...then i show some photo to them...
they agree for the refund...but need me to send back the bag to them..watever, a good experience loh

Always be extra careful when something is too good to be true. Bags like longchamps have so many imitation ones around. What makes you think they'll send you an authentic one at a cheap price? Furthermore, those are hot selling models, why need to have such big discounts?

DO NOT buy anything from mydeal/ living social/ deal mate. if anything, they will refund BUT take up to 2 months and you have to call almost daily. they claim that they will refund to you within 21 working days. It's a lie. they will refund to you as deal buck even though you confirm with them you want it to be refunded into bank account (means you have to buy again and face the same problem again). Then you call up again that you want it to be refunded into your bank account. This will take another month for them to process.
