Estimated Duration of Repair is 21.00 days but I only got offer for 7 days meanwhile my car was in Workshop around 18 days. Is there anything i can do?

Hi, I got knocked this morning, can someone give me advice on how to proceed?
Situation: A rammed my car from behind. A's car NCD 55%, my car NCD at 0%. Can claim for repair using my insurans instead of his although it's his fault or not? |
