if the budak takde lesen langgar you take the service of tos tow truck people, tow truck people have their way to settle it, by using another person as driver to make the polis report....then no problem, u can claim his insurance.

if not, budak takde lesen langgar you only get saman n his car insurance dont have to pay anything.......and you need to use your own insurance and burn your NCD....

Can third party insurance claim ? If let say my friend car is insured 3rd party insurance. He go bang some one.

My car was sent back to service center to repair for 28 days and the insurance of faulty party only offer 5 days CART, sweat... any sample of appeal letter?

I find your offer of Loss of Use claim for only 7 days is unfair to me, instead it should be the actual 14 days of which my car was in workshop for repair. Please reconsider the days of repair and amount offered to me.

According to PIAM (Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia), I am eligible to claim from the third party insurance company for `compensation for actual repair time’ (CART) and compensation of excess. For the actual repair time of your vehicle, this is based on the adjuster’s recommendation on the number of days required for your car to be repaired. Insurance companies, at their own discretion, may allow an additional seven working days for any unforeseen or unavoidable delaybeside the standard scale of daily CART has been specified by the PIAM.

Alternatively, I may also claim the cost of hiring a replacement vehicle of equivalent type and capacity for the recommended number of days of actual repair time as evidenced by a receipt from a licensed car rental company.


Therefore, I am again seeking to recover the following losses:

so my car claim to the girls car (Gen2), the gen2 third party,, same as mine,, so if from the beginning, can i do ODKFK ?.  and if no, when i should claim Loss Of Use?.. after car keluar bengkel can ah?

friend's car got rear ended by viva yesterday, driven by a 60+ yo uncle, uncle say need to fetch kid from school, forgot his number, and took friend's number, say will go report, then sped off

contacted tune local branch, didnt provide much help, just say the policy is bought in johor branch, ask friend call johor branch, friend went to berjaya's panel wshop, wshop say if uncle no report, he wont be able to claim

When u renew either branch, online, or telephone, u will entitle 10% discount coz u didn't use agent service.

suggest u shop around..i.c..get quo fr two insurer agent or online.. u might not get the same price... normal insurer dont prefer walk in as dont know the customer...higher risk...

Dah dah no need to make up story. Walk in or not all ur data is stored centralise database.
Ur risk profile will determine the price. Higher or lower depends on actuarial calculation of their own pricing.
