You dont need it. Just get a regular belt or go beltless. Once youre 300/400/500 on bp/sq/dl, you can think about investing in one..
You can get them at the inzer website. They ran around $90USD without s&h. If youre looking for lever belts, there are several cheaper alternatives. |

lol seriously? im on 130kg/180kg/190kg currently. and id like to invest in a good belt cos i never actually had one.The cheap bodybuilding belt spoils easily after a few months. Thats why im wondering if anyone in malaysia has some way of getting it without the ridiculous shipping cost. and you dont have to necessarily lift 300/400/500 to get an inzer belt bro.sometimes people wanna invest in something that they can use for a long time. that is just a stupid statement to make. thanks for replying tho.
EDIT: just ordered a single prong 9mm schiek belt.what do u think about that? This post has been edited by Fab-4: Oct 1 2014, 03:02 PM |

You have to get online. As far as I know, there are no one selling these in Msia. I got mine more than 3 years ago. It is still good as new even now.
Best one to get is 10mm single prong (hte standard one). Don't get double as it may be troublesome to put in on. TOtal cost is about RM500 including shipping. But it is worth it. It will last you a life time. Nothing else comes close. It is solid unlike the usual cheap, soft stuff. When you wear it for the first time, if feels really hard (like wearing a giant steel ring). It will take some time for the leather to adapt to your body. A must have for those who train the big heavy lifts intensely (esp powerlifting style). Sorry for bringing up an old post Fab, but just wondering how the Schiek belt is holding up after a few months of usage? Is it still comfortable yet solid enough to support your back? Would like to know the quality of the belt for my next purchase.EDIT: just ordered a single prong 9mm schiek belt.what do u think about that? Thanks. |
