yeah..if this is really francis's house, it's already considered small d. it's the design that stand outs but the effective living space is not that huge. Go drive around Jesselton Park in Penang, there're bigger mansions/castles there. Drive behind the St.Christopher's School. Along the road, there's a huge mansion as well.
