Different bank got different valuation. A 30k differ in valuation for a around 300k property is consider minor.
As compare to property like Arte+ or Dsara Sentral. Can see way huge difference in amount from a bank to another.

Anyone can buy from the lelong market. But if the unit is bumi lot, then is only for bumi buyer.

I believe the additional car park to buy cost 30k last time.
That's why this unit is 330k instead of 300k (for unit with 1 car park).

Anyway, property VP in Feb 2018.
Until now (Nov 2019), the unit is still in virgin brand new condition.
Malay owner so better check whether is bumi lot or not.
