Refer back to your S&P. Got stated clearly in black and white restriction not allow to rent out?

Those stuff stated in the website cannot be used in law. Because the website can be simply updated by anyone anytime they like. So as mention refer back to your S&P. Only stated restriction in selling. Not to rent.

by law means bonded by the SPA clause... i think those PPA1M or rumawip owners can show whether their SPA are really bonded by the rent restriction or not... i rmb in pandanmas thread posted before... DBKL gave warning about renting out by way of notification in memo... but there's a disclaimer that if your SPA doesnt have such clause... there's nothing much they can do... laugh.gif laugh.gif u reported... they checked... see the SPA no such clause... and they go home without doing anything... tenant continue renting laugh.gif laugh.gif

If the SPA no such clause then report maybe useless. If those owner really feel the impact to rent their unit can option to seek DAP, MCA or Gerakan help lo...end result may help nothing, but at least u raised up the issue to authority or public. 😄

I can't verify it as I have no unit there. Maybe any owner help can give a help to check through ur SPA about that clause?

Anyone know when the condo will be completed ? and when can collect key ?

need to plan to buy furniture and electric appliances for rental purpose.

time is bad must buy during warehouse sale..

why people scared of ppa1m and rumawip owners renting their unit..its an open market, so let'em rent out..its their right..give'em chance to make money too..haha

at least for rumawip, it stated inside the website only (not SPA) they can't rent out the unit..if u take a look at ppa1m, they don't even mention cannot rent out in the website..only cannot sell within 10 years..and a friend of mine spoke with ppa1m people at property exhibition, he said can buy and rent out if ur not living there.can even buy ppa1m properties at other state even if ur working in different state

the painting half done obviously now...

dont tell me later the common area not ready but ask us to collect key. it happen to many newly VP condo now. all bullying buyers....

why rushing as there already way ahead of schedule ? just wanted our 15% + 5% ??

Hi, I bought a unit at Parkhill. However i feel that my agent isnt professional enough.
May i know what are the items provided inside the unit?
And is it true that we can collect the keys in February?
