Hotel Kinabalu, got Wifi, in the middle of city, food shops all around.

Room cost RM70+/- for single.

Just avoid those prostitutes nearby the exit.

Not sure, heard stories that they rip you off. Plus mostly old aunties I almost threw up looking at them.
