I plan to take north bound ETS train from KL Sentral to Ipoh. Anyone can tell me where is the ETS ticket counter in KL Sentral?
Any additional advice you can give me when taking ETS train?

Online ticket.or 1st floor.

That day i go to 1st floor and other floor as well, can't find the ETS ticket counter, does the ETS counter near to any shop?
If yes, then i go find the shop follow the shop name, it will be easier to locate the ETS counter.

If online ticket, do i need to redeem ticket at the counter?

I'm sorry. You must've mistaken the ground floor with the 1st floor.

Look for

Ticket Counter
Air Asia 4S
ETS 9S
KTM Intercity C6S

It's either on the right or left one.

If u use online ticket, you can redeem at the counter. But it won't be necessary. Try to redeem it though, just in case.

I already found that counter.

I have bought an ets ticket online, if i want to redeem ticket at the counter without printout the online ticket myself, what information i need to bring to the counter? IC number?

just take picture of that ticket and show it to the staff will do.
