when you start your laptop please check the indicator LED on Caplock and Num Lock button. does the LED blinking or not? if yes how many times does it blink.
usual problem with blank on cases either vram, vcore supply or chipset.

If you are going for laptop vga repairs, do check if they gonna reheat to reflow solder to the same gpu or completely replace a new BGA.

Reheat will still cause the same problems several months down the road. Advisable to replace the gpu all together. Usually they will charge about RM200 for reheat and around RM 300 for BGA rework(will have to be sent to a professional)

1. monitor fault
- to check u can plug vga out to the external monitor, if external got image, sure laptop monitor fault.

2. GPU fault..
- if u use vga out to external monitor still no avail, its GPU fault and need to do as per above member suggestion.
