Jaya grocer opening soon here but will surely struggle in the shortrun.  This township is nice but sadly in iskandar.

Jayagrocer is the first supermarket in Puteri Harbour area. It will survive.

Yet to see the population surrounding is sufficient enough for jayagrocer to sustain in long term...i believed bukit indah residents wont go all the way to puteri harbour

Jayagrocer is a different supermarket altogether. It sells more imported stuff and had placed itself slightly upmarket compared to the likes of Aeon or Tesco. It is targetted at affluent customers living around Medini, East Ledang, PH, Sunway, etc and prices is generally more expensive. Their general store outlay is a lot more smaller than Aeon, more manageable, better overheads management. By the way, Aeon is really run down in Bukit Indah.

Way too over supplied. The videos on YouTube already showed how dense the part of Johor.

u should watch the videos and question how few cars are on the road. then the Johor fansi will say weekend and all that crap.

Friend moved into an iskandar condo and he was the ONLY one staying for a few weeks before a few more units were occupied.

anyone still considering sunway iskandar now that sunway big box is open?

imo, everytime i visit this area, you can slowly see it is picking up in activity..

I also truly think Sunway developer has nailed the idea of what it takes to establish a township. everything seems walkable.
