No offence, but you haven't even played with all the teams here, and how would you know that you're better than them?

You calling team insane and other teams here wannabes and can't pass round 1 of tournaments? I've seen them played more than 1 round, please, if you want to recruit people to join your team, just recruit and talk about your own team.
