to tell the truth.. eclipse's design not really that good if to compare wif pioneer, alpine, clarion and maybe sony..

design wise i like pioneer and eclipse. absolutely dun like alpine no offence and clarion not bad and i anti sony dunno why everyone diff taste gua

I guess the window breakers' fav players are Alpine and Pioneer is bcoz they are "easy to sell"

Eventualy, for this kind of sad cases, I would say depend on the breaker. They take any brand of HU as long as they think there's demand. My house area used to happen few time. All just normal HU, and most car are not into ICE. Just park car at safe place. Or for undetachable HU, can design a leather cover just to hide it.

The fact is true that they just take ANY cd player they think have demand, so... flashy flashy ones really will be the target. Heck, even the stock Perodua ones also get stolen just because there's demand for it!

mattchin, for the cover can be anytype, is just a DIY cover. Diff car diff method. Some people even disable the HU key hole, but come to trouble shooting will be very troublesome.

stock ones? do u mean the 1 installed in kenari/kelisa? if it is, it's a CLARION ler... he! he!

i buy this hu mainly because it has an aux input at the front panel, very easy to connect to any mp3 players...somemore u guys also suggest eclipse hu...havent install yet, so dont know how it will sound like...hope its good enough...

btw, my car also sampai oredi, wira.....
now i just need to install the HU and speakers

next will be an amp and woofer...haih~ haha...

eh, guys, anyone know any good shop to install the stuff at ampang area? (bandar baru ampang, kosas, ampang point)

i know got 1 big shop at bandar baru, and another one at ampang waterfront, ok aa if install there?

ampang? hmmm.. if u haf budget, try CV audio.. i heard that it is reputated but it's a little bit costy.. but i doubt that those SATO and chapalang acc shop will charge around the same too..

too bad that sound quest in cheras no longer available o else i will recomend u to go there.. sigh.. down giler..
