Phee can replace felneus if your BC generation is good enough with Lodin. Her BB drops enough HC to decently heal up and has better stats. Not sure if it is worth investing all the way though.

Alyut also so so. If you have a BB spam team then Phee might be best i guess if there is no one else to focus on.

definitely Lira for Arena... with Lodin as leader she is insane.

Apart from Lira I would maybe level Phee as possible replacement for Lucina for situations where you need some healing.
