Guys, recently i started download this game since it got high rating in play store. but now i'm stuck at tutorial where it need to engrave rune to the fairy. I've already done that but suddenly dced. when i start back, the tutorial went back to the engraving menu but no rune to engrave. i've send ticket to their CS but they seem ...... Anyhow, got any idea on fixing this problem?

sadly, during tutorial you can't click anything except with the given arrow. i've try uninstall, clean wipe all data, fresh install, on/off pc (i'm using bluestack tho). nothing good comes.

Is fire better or water? which should I focus on?

newbie here. Just reach level 10 with some weak monster(level 23 water fairy, 31 wind griffon, light garuda and a fire golem). Wanna ask should i save my crystal for the golem crystal(cost 300 red crystal to generate crystals), or should i just use it to summon?

You better off try your luck with summoning or collect till you can get the premium pack which is much more affordable.

Or top up for the lucky package.

The devilmon package is also a good buy once per month the same goes to legendary pack.

Well it's either keep the crystal or buy the crystal probably once a month. Or on the 4th week you will have the dark/light package at USD 29.99( if u prefer a dark/light element)

Or just spend once or twice for legendary/devilmon/lucky package etc.

Any guides to farm higher lvl dungeons?
Im constantly farming at B3 water only.. B4 too much for me as the boss have 500% extra HP for 1 of his skills.

I would say, unless you have a decent mob to awaken, dont spend too much time at essence dungeons. After all, dungeons gives you limited xp for your mobs. Try to finish all your quests first (to get more crystals). Save up your crystals to buy premium package (750 crystals), then you'll have a better chance to get better mobs (3*-5*). Until then, u can spend your time farming at normal maps. Once you are able to do faimon (stage 1 or 2), u can continue on to farm here to obtain 3* fire inugami. This is one of the few 3* mobs that worth leveling up until 5*. You can use the link provided in first page on the monster rating as reference. It may not be 100% accurate but at least it will give u an idea of what mobs worth keeping and what not.

Actually i managed to save up to 750 crystal and bought the premium package. I have screenshot the list of monster i had few posts back.
But right now I cant seems to go past even faimon stage 1

Probably I will level my wind warbear as the ratings are quite good from the link you provided.
