kalau ikut pemahaman jika sekadar untuk melakukan pembedahan bagi memudahkan urusan yang sukar boleh dilakukan. Pembedahan yang tak boleh dilakukan ialah pembedahan yang mengubah kejadian. Contohnya pembedahan hidung dilakukan sekadar nak jadikan mancung yang mana sebelum pembedahan tiada sebarang permasalahan bernafas atau sebagainya. Atau membelah lidah supaya boleh berlagak.
jadi kalau nak buat pembedahan itu, pasangkan niat untuk memudahkan urusan mengunyah kerana allah.

Pada pendapat saya, islam tak seharusnya diselarikan dengan peredaran zaman.
Sepatutnya peredaran zaman diselarikan dengan islam.
ia sama seperti islam tidak sepatutnya dipolitikkan tetapi politik diselarikan dengan islam.

One opinion will say that it is allowed since the restaurant is considered a consumer/buyer. Whatever they do later is up to them.
Another will say that it is harom since the restaurant will use the money from non halal business to pay.

It is quite simple actually.
You just need to be a religion that the others already know that is the last and true religion from the only god in their own religion. Those that have power will try to subdue the religion because their fear of loosing the current followers. Which would also means loosing wealth and power. Since they did not win with brute force, they try with mind control.
Of course, i can give you a better reason/ method but my post on it will be deleted and i may be banned.

I can't give assurance but at least from my understanding, all muslims will go to heaven. Some may need to face punishment first in hell. And there are several levels/layers of heaven just like there are several layers in hell.
If we are just lukewarm muslims, we can expect to be placed in the lower levels of heaven.

As for caliph system. First we need to understand what is the caliph system.
From my understanding it is a system where a leader is elected by the majlis syura to lead the state. The caliph role is not, never inherited.
So what is majlis syura?
My understanding again that the majlis syura is where the state's, people's, religion's interest is discussed and debated.
The majlis syura is made off people representative of their community.
By these understanding I'd like to summarize that in the caliph system the people elects their representatives into majlis syura (parliment?) and the representatives elects the caliph (prime minister?).
I'll summarize further that the caliph system is actually a form of democracy.

However the caliph system championed by IS does not seem to have the basis of community electing their representative.
It is simply forcing another to accept its rule by brute force (dictatorship?).

Most of us muslims here don't go around bombing others. So we would not know which scholar did.

In my opinion. Bombing is a NO in islam. If I remember correctly, among the rule in war thought by the messenger muhammad is to not attack children, women, and old people who can not fight. Another is not to attack the face. Sudden mass killing is not the way of islam.
To me using a sword for war is much more civillized than bombing, sniping, chemical weapons. You get to see the enemy face to face, feel the heavy burden of killing, and at least have the last chance to ucap 2 kalimah syahadah.
The mordern warfare takes out the humanity in war. What's left is destruction and senseless killings.
