Assalamualaikum to all my fellow muslim brothers. Do anyone of you had the difficulty to wake up early in the morning for Subuh prayer? Well I did and I finally found the solution for this problem (i can't guarantee this to work for everyone though but it doesn't hurt to try).
Turns out reading Al-Quran before you go back to sleep really helps. I have been doing for past 2 weeks and nowadays I always wake up just in time after the calling of prayer(Adzan) finished. I typically read surah like Al-Rahman, Al-Waqiah, Yaseen and Al-Mulk every single night.
Hope this tips can help even if it a little. Subh (dawn) prayer is the heaviest to most of people which a lot of people including me often missed it just because the feeling of sleepiness is too good to be ignored.
Also I recommend taking a bath immediately as you woke up from your sleep to combat the drowsiness.
