Hey everyone dah,saya bertahun hidup tak ikut jalan Islam. Mula saya tersasar masa duduk kat UK oleh kerana iman lemah dan melarat sampai hari ni. Saya minum arak,berparti,berzina sebab benda tu rasa macam biasa je dan takde rasa segan silu mahupun berdosa pun. Solat pun rasanya dah bertahun tak buat,I have twin boys and I just got divorced,I got full custody and I don't want them to be like me. Last night one of them ada tanya kenapa saya tak macam ayah kawan dia sebab ayah kawan dia ada ajar pasal agama meanwhile I've never thought them about Islam. They're 5 years old now.

It is mentioned in the book Oddatud Dai that Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq (a.s.) asked his son,

“How much amount is there for household expenses?”

“Forty Dinars,” replied the son.

Imam (a.s.) told him give in charity all the forty Dinars. The son said that there was nothing else apart from the forty Dinars. Imam (a.s.) said,

“You donate all of it in charity, the Almighty Allah will recompense it. Don’t you know that there is a key to everything? And the key to sustenance is Sadaqah.” His son Muhammad gave away the forty Dinars in charity, Ten days had hardly passed when Imam (a.s.) received four thousand Dinars. He told his son,

“O Son! We had given forty Dinars and Allah gave us four thousand in return.”

mulakan la solat2 sunat nafill , dhuha , tahajjud  and doa.**yg penting istiqomah maknanya kalau sebulan buat sekali jer pun xpe janji everymonth buat sekali. (istiqomah adalah amal yg paling disukai Allah)

Btw kita semua adalah pemaksiat kepada Allah

This is the correct way and nearing the sunnah.

For me, I go with the fatwa of syaikh al Utsaimin :

Syaikh Muhammad bin Sholih Al Utsaimin memaparkan pula kaedah di atas: “Sesungguhnya ibadah yang memiliki batasan waktu (awal dan akhir), apabila seseorang mengerjakan ibadah tersebut di luar waktunya tanpa ada udzur (alasan), maka ibadah tadi tidaklah bermanfaat dan tidak sah.”

Syaikh rahimahullah kemudian membawakan contoh. Misalnya shalat dan puasa. Apabila seseorang sengaja meninggalkan shalat hingga keluar waktunya, lalu jika dia bertanya, “Apakah aku  wajib mengqodho’ (mengganti) shalatku?” Kami katakan, “Engkau tidak wajib mengganti (mengqodho’) shalatmu. Karena hal itu sama sekali tidak bermanfaat bagimu dan amalan tersebut akan tidak diterima.

Begitu pula apabila ada seseorang yang tidak berpuasa sehari di bulan Ramadhan (dengan sengaja, tanpa udzur, -pen),  lalu dia bertanya pada kami, “Apakah aku wajib untuk mengqodho’ puasa tersebut?” Kami pun akan menjawab, “Tidak wajib bagimu untuk mengqodho’ puasamu yang sengaja engkau tinggalkan hingga keluar waktu

Actually the reason was explained:

Dari Ibnu ‘Umar, Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا إِلاَّ كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ أَوْ ضَارِى نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ
“Barangsiapa memelihara anjing selain anjing untuk menjaga binatang ternak, maka amalannya berkurang setiap harinya sebanyak dua qiroth (satu qiroth adalah sebesar gunung uhud).” (HR.HR. Muslim: 23 Kitab Al Masaqoh).

Note that in Bukhari, the wording is similar but with addition  that guest dogs are excluded from the above

Also, angels will not come:

Dari Abu Thalhah radhiallahu anhu dari Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bahwa beliau bersabda:
لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ كَلْبٌ وَلَا صُورَةٌ
“Malaikat tidak akan memasuki rumah yang di dalamnya ada anjing dan tidak juga yang ada gambar”. (HR. Al-Bukhari no. 3075 dan Muslim no. 2106)

From the above two sample hadits, one can rear a dog to guard, if really necessary, but still cannot allow such dog to enter/live in one's house.

Because it is a pain in the ass to wash the place touched by the dog with soil/earth water once and clear water 7 times. Imagine doing it to your expansive white shirt, trousers, or that rolex watch.

edit: we can use science to check why/what is the benefit but then there is no guarentee

eg:
muslim need to circumcision, if scientist prove benefit of course we can preach about it
but if scientist prove harms does not mean we stop circumcised, why? because religion said so, we do because religion not because science

Errr... Let's not jump from one topic to another and back again, not until we're done with one anyway. Suffice it to say that there are also different views on this matters. The safest, of course is to just refrain from displaying any picture of living things.

Upon hearing what the woman said about the dead he told that the woman must be caned 80 times. After being caned 80 times the woman's hand immediately became unstuck. By the way, this story happens in Malaysia last year ( i think since i heard from my friend that time it happens in his home town.)

And about believing whether it is true or not, think about it, a person is sentenced to jail as punishment. The news tells you that. But is it truly a punishment? When he gets to sleep on a rm2000 spring matress, large size TV, his own refrigerator, can smoke, etcs ? It happens.

Let's get back to the basis of law. Whether it is syariah law or civil law, both are enforced and judged by humans. The only difference is that the syariah law takes guidance from the quran and the hadiths. While the civil law or other human origin law are created by humans. Yes, faulty humans. Humans that you said have bad memory, give false testimony etcs. These human laws created to conveniently serve them.

So you are not a muslim. What are you now?

The difference in alquran translation is minor other than some words lacking the proper words in a different language. What should be the point is that the alquran in its arabic form remains the same. You want better understanding then i suggest you try the easiest route, learn the language used in the quran and the history of each verse brought down to the prophet.
