May i know if i can seek syariah advice or related opinion in this thread?

I believe some of you may have the knowledge or useful information. Tried Jabatan Bantuan Guaman (Syariah Legal Advisor) several times as well as Sisters in Islam but unfortunately not really helpful in my case which is pretty rare. I have considered hiring a lawyer too but it is too early and also costly.

I think we here can only offer you "friendly advice" at best. Or at least, we can offer our opinions only, which are but personal judgment that is very likely based on what limited knowledge that we may have. We cannot offer you a "fatwa" and from what you are saying (writing), it looks like you need professional advice.

I suggest you consult a knowledgeable ustadz - not the kind that only do sermons, but the ones that really studied.

But if you want to just hear our opinion, I suggest you do it by PM only. If it were me, I would refrain from making too many people know of your serious issue.

Or you can use a dupe and create a "My friend has this problem..." thread...
