hello guys..! newbie here..! i'm wondering about my crayfish (i guess it is). bought it 2 days ago for RM10 in kuantan. can someone tell me what type of crayfish it is..? perhaps its sex..? i attached the pic below.

i welcome any useful information as guidance to keep this pet.

my little crayfish molted (dont have the chance to watch it! ) last saturday. it was not active and hiding in its place most of the time. i noticed that since yesterday (tuesday) it became so active it crawled all over the place in the tank. and also it seems craving for more food! (previously gave it 4-5 pellets), now i put 6-7 pellets to stop it from knocking the tank for more pellet (feeding 2 times a day). perhaps someone can tell whether this is a normal situation after crayfish molt?
