Anyone know and can recommend a reasonably priced and reliable workshop in Klang valley area ?
I'm looking at engine oil change and other servicing parts issues.

Bro, trying calling this guy. Been servicing my car and also do some major repair (aircond problem, change compressor) on my Honda car for a while. Reliable and reasonably priced.

But what I really like about him is if I ask him question he will try his best to explain to me what's the car problem I had and not simply charged on the bill. Also if it's something not within his area of expertise he will tell you directly.

Saw some expensive car being service there as well. Do call him up and check and tell him your car model to see if it's within his coverage. Oh yeah, tell him Zane recommend. He should still remember me.

U wanna look for workshop that has vagcom diagnostic utility. Search for ever auto pj.they do mostly audis. Audi/vw/skoda,the same

I service my Audi at Auto Reign, the owner is a friendly chap.

I just bought a used 2.0 Passat CC which due for service. My Boss (previous owner) send the car to German Motors in PJ after the warranty expired.

According to the service/repair receipt he gave me, the charges looks on the high side.

SC quote me rm2k+ for an oil leak fix

This shop settle everything for less than rm200

Went for normal service at Duetsche Motor. Was told timing chain cover got oil leaking and this is normal for VW car and quoted RM2k for the repair which I yet to proceed to ensure that is the best price.

appreciate your advise if the issue is the same.

you can waze my friend workshop in klang. JS Garage. he works in workshop skoda malaysia at glenmarie there, but got his own workshop. he can service most of the car including spare parts change.

Can try MZ Euro Auto Service Kajang [Next to Shell towards Kajang Toll to NS Highway] Overhauled my VW/Skoda Engine and Gearbox and also maintained my Audi there.
Most important, reliable and reasonable.

If u wanna take the 1.4 golf then better replace the piston to a set of wossner or forged pistons for better durability

If balakong area can try quattrozone, they fix a lot of my wiring and check light issues, north klang valley should go to steven kota damansara

1) Deutsche motors, kota damansara
2) Vagtechnik, Glenmarie

both are good experienced and cheap, Deutsche motors parts are slightly higher as they are original VW products, their parts come directly from VW service centers (but still much cheaper than u go to official SC punya cut throat price, usually 25-30% cheaper than official SC)

Vagtechnik parts is even cheaper but they are 'OEM products', still original but not sure whr they source it from (their parts around 20-30% cheaper than Deutsche motors, and arnd 50% cheaper than official SC)

for normal and major services, vagtechnik is cheaper too, they use liquimoly oil and its cheaper than deutsche motor's castrol edge, less than rm350 for vaghteknik and arnd 450 for deutsche motors for normal servis

and advise to go vagtecnik on weekdays, even on weekdays they are very crowded, go early or call for booking first before u go, walk in very susah as too many customers there

Yeah vagtechnik good too, forgot bout them, but wheel speed sensor from them damn cheap
