Hey,

Once the game is activated, you should be able to play it in different regions without any issues. If you purchase the game from let's say Great Britain then you are assigned regional keys, this is EU keys as we rely on geolocation.

My definition on the region lock = can I play the game outside Asia
when I travel and I buy Asia package: JAP audio?

As Steam has region restriction on that like below example.

Hitman Absolution http://store.steampowered.com/app/203140/ has

Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia,
Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and

So I would like GMG Support to help me to find out from Square Enix,
because most of my friends would like to buy on GMG if it is playable in
all regions that will improve GMG sales on FF XIII with the condition -
playable in any region.

I am sorry for the miscommunication if I am not being clear and the
troubles I caused, thank you so much for the patience and cooperation. I
really love GMG support as I already pre-ordered FF XIII so I hope I can
hear the good news soon from you all.
