Hi all, my cousin's wife recently passed away not long after giving birth to her second child. Unfortunately, they do not have a family photo with only the four of them. The only best photo they have is with two other people in it. I hope someone here could lend their expertise to help me photoshop the other two people away and possibly add a pleasant background to the picture. I am not able to do it myself as my photo editing skills are very amateur.

This means alot to us and especially my cousin. Thank you. Please let me know if you would like to help out and I will email you the original file. You may whatsapp me at this num.. 016-2635133

The pic is here: http://1drv.ms/1rt6Pcr

The two people that need to be taken out of the picture are, the bride, and the lady standing behind in the middle.

We will be eternally grateful.
:')

You have my condolences, I've already begun working on it just a little while ago.
I'm left with some finishing touches and it'll be done.

Do you have any preference for the background?

Here's where I'm at, almost done.

Sorry to hear that.

Best way is to get the original resolution that allows you much more detailed editing around the hair area.

Hi Jackie,

Thank you so much for your help. I never expected to get such a quick response. I was very very happy to see this in the morning...Thank you for taking up your time to do something that you did not have to. Thank you for your compassion..

My cousin doesn't know about this yet cos I plan to surprise him with the completed photo. I actually tried editing it myself but I didn't do a very good job but he was still very thankful as he didn't remember that this photo was taken. I am sure your version will make him very happy.

As for the background...I don't want to restrict your options or your creativity but maybe something that is pleasant to look at will do. I just want him to feel happy when he looks at the photo.

Thank you again Jackie. I really appreciate it. :')

It's alright, it's the least I can do.

I'll look into some nice backgrounds and update you.
If you'd pm me your e-mail, I'm able to send you the psd file.
It's all cleaned up and merged except for the background (if you wish to change it).
I'm uploading the jpg version right now, but for some reason postimg isn't playing ball with me.

Ok, I have it now.

Just a quick note Jackie, try removing the spot of white on the right side of her hair. Replace the background of something with a further distance under normal white daylight. It's to match the environment light with the light falling on the subjects. Just my 2 cents, good job btw.

Thanks, didn't notice that I missed that.
About the background, there isn't many options available via google.
Most of them aren't compatible with a different angle light source or they already belong to someone else (I'd hate to steal someone else's work).
The one I'm using right now is actually from a free wallpaper site, yeah I know the distance from the tree to them makes them look short.

As for the environment lights, I've already added some color to it via soft light to make it look more natural.
I'll upload it again once I find a proper background.
