Hi, Newb from Teluk intan. Was convinced by one of the founder here Mr. Alexloon and started to vape.

Been vape for 3 weeks. First week with ego then upgraded and now still trying and learning different coiling.

By the way, any member here from teluk intan and know if there any vape shop around??

Hello vapers, newb face a bit problem with setup.

My current setting is micro coil, 26 awg 6 wraps on a screwdriver with kfl, probably 1.3ohm +/-. Powered by chiyou.

I dont have problem with fruit flavor. But with kopi/custard, i will have a few bad puff before smooth inhales. Means for first few inhale, i experiences choke, very dry inhale. After that, i can vape smoothly without problem

For this case, should i reduce the ohm by reducing wraps? Increase/decreasing diameters of wraps? Thanks in advanced biggrin.gif

bro, u sure not 1.3ohm?

my setup 28awg 8 wraps pun baru 1.3ohm..

26awg 6 wraps max also 0.8ohm..

this type of liquid, sometimes it needs to carbonize the coil before the flavor shines but i never had that experience before..

26AWG 6 wraps microcoil @ 1.3ohms? you sure about that bro? It looks more like a subohm to me, which is IMHO unsuitable for Kayfuns.

The dry inhale is mainly due to your wicking (most creamy liqs are high in VG this harder to be absorbed), it could be too thick that it chokes the coil, or too thin that it doesn't wick fast enough. I think its the former.

Ok thx for the suggestion..

For the ohm, just wild guess.. no tester so pls forgive my ignorance.

Use cotton. Not too thick not too thin. And let the cotton run in with the juice first. Then will b fine.

I use 100% vg on my Plumveil also no problems with cotton but once I start using wick yuck the taste sucks.

Thanks. My cream custard taste great now by increasing more cotton. And i let cotton soak juice before i assemble everything.

About the too heat, i dun vape a lot continuously. So basically the tank wont be too hot. Unless i fogotten to lock firing then put in the bag. It happen once and the whole thing is super hot.
