you should ask which year the young generation basically can afford a house after just started working. 1960s? 1970s? 1980s? 1990? 2000s? Because people make noise saying now days those at early employment find it hard to buy house.

btw, anybody has the answer on my question? bcoz im eager to know.

1960 and early ,I think not young generation already lor ,if any ofvthem fail on those category is = can't afford a house when they are still young

For the info I know ,nowadays very little amount of the lucky ,smart, rich real young generation which can afford a house ,is mostly 1970 and 1980 ....hope this answer your question

Actually for myself ,the young generation I means in this topic is those after 1980 ,all of them,if without FAMA ,can they individual buy a house ( can't combine income) sweat.gif

Why the obsession with what is the middle income. My definition of middle income - after you pay off all your commitments and you can live reasonably well every month, you are considered middle income.

The problem is when middle income people starts to live a high society life.

What's the purpose of such a self-proclaimed middle income group ?

It sound quite stupid sorry to say that.
