perfect combination as what i use:

(opty x2) + (artic silver 5) + (thermalright SI-120) + (evercool 12cm fan from MyPC) = 20-23 degrees at room day time.

Wht has PSU 2 do w/ coolers? They dont even consume much power; unless the fan used is high amperage (A)

No, Aquagate Mini R120 (assume he means R120, not R80)is at least on par or better than any air cooling out there in term of performance, except that it's noisy.
