I understand that X1 has not launched in Malaysia yet
(Although technically it never was, all Xbox 360 in Malaysia are from Singapore tongue.gif ),
but I'm also aware that some of you guys probably bought the RM2000+ US version.
So to those that bought X1, can you tell me how you find the console so far? Because I heard that you can't fully experience the X1 if you don't live in a Xbox Live supported region (Malaysia)

And for PS4 owners (I'm sure there's a lot of you) how do you find the PS4?
Is it as good as Sony says? How is PSN and PS+ in Malaysia?

Basically what is YOUR review on both consoles?

PS4 dominates asian markets but X1 is making a comeback. Though there is the unresolved rumor of people living in Non Xbox Live supported regions getting a type of region lock when trying to redeem codes and download games

I never own Xbox and doesn't planning to buy one soon do i couldn't comment on that, however I've got the PS4 since launch.

If you're planning to get one of them, i propose you to look at the console exclusive and decide which is the best for you. Unless you're a perfectionist, there are almost unnoticeable difference between gameplay/graphic on both system.

What i like on the Xbox 1 though that it have media capabilities that PS4 doesn't. No mp3,no video player, no dlna.

don't forget you can also stream music/videos directly from your PC to the XBoxOne.
I have both and here are my views on it.

XBox 1:
Quieter
Controller has longer battery life (option for alkaline batteries or rechargeable ones)
Seamless multitasking operation
Voice/Kinect worked quite well for me, recognising most of my commands
Console has to be sat flat, can't be put upright like a PS4/3
No problems playing CDs however can't recognise media CDs/data CDs
Interface is much more pleasant but I wish there is more content to check out online (XBoxlive do sometimes have feature stories time to time)
Console doesn't get too hot
Kinect is pretty useful (i.e. scanning codes rather than typing in)

PS4:
Disc spinning is still quite loud
Has a familiar feel to the overall system coming from PS3
Start up is quick smile.gif
PS video live is easily accessible (can't be arsed to launch twitch on Xbox1)
Can't play CDs still (wtf)
Typing using the controller swipe pad is pretty cool
Battery on controller has to be charged quite often despite dimming the LED light (probably lasts me a day)
PS store still looks like a mess

Both game equally well and can't tell the differences graphically (could be marginal)
I have no preference on either one. Got both partly so I can play its exclusives (Titanfall, Forza, DriveClub)

For me,
I like xbox one ( for gameplay experience)
but the installation is slow, espcially for each games (bluray) is a pain in the ass, as the internet speed is 4mb max at my area.

PS4 (so far there isn't any favourable games for me yet) Maybe later when those exclusive comes out.
Loading and installation is way faster (from game disc)

Both system, the visual effects are almost the same(actually our eyes cannot really process so much details) End of the days, a more better gameplay experience is what the next gen supposed to be. Not only the graphics.
