This car not new also. But you gotta admit, City under carriage design can absorb all that force, that and the disc broke. We dunno whole story also. Maybe owner complain the brake disc noisy and went and skim it. How many times and how much metal is taken off, no one knows. Brake pad failure also can cause this because a piece of the pad broke off

so whenever i need emergency brake, i have to hit it soft?

Seems like brake pump failure. The driver overtake, then all 4 of his brakes applied more force (100% hydraulic pressure) and cause the disc to crack due to heat

Last time workshop warn me about this. Give me some tips also, he said never go straight from hard driving to car washing. It will stress your brake disc and may develop tiny crack.

Hi all, nowadays Honda cars have QC issue and undeniable they need to improve the product that sell to customer. New car got rattling sound, dashboard gap, seat armrest not in center, rear boot alignment run, rusty front steel holder as well as bearing area. The worst thing that being treated as their customer is if you go to other Honda SC to service your car, the first question being ask are where you purchase the car from? If come to warranty claims, ask the customer to send back their car to the originated place where they purchase the car for claims? Is this kind of service can be accepted by customer since all the Honda cars are come from HQ. Seriously, tai-chi style is the way they treat their customer.

no VW is much much worse than Merc and BMW, and yes they both are also problematic because both are also German too.

Better buy Perodua Axia Advance Edition. Save cost and 5 years warranty with decent price. No need to go for Europe or German cars is the best way to release our stress on this problematic cars.
