I'm taking SPM this year and I was wondering if it was possible to ask around to get an internship after I finished spm for a month or two just to rack up some experience in the video / broadcasting field. If it is then I might start looking around, if not then i wont waste my time looking

It depends. What kind of skills and experience do you already have now? If you have some technical skills that can be useful in that field then you should try and see if any company will accept you.

A warning though; The moment your CV comes up and people see you're just waiting for SPM result, most of them will just think you probably know nothing and are too young. However, they might be wrong.

IF you have any family or friends' contacts in this field who can help you get an internship, I can say a month or 2 would be a great experience. As for myself, I recently completed an internship and it was a very useful experience thumbup.gif . I found myself thinking "how nice if I could have gone for something like this a year earlier".

If you have no contacts, try your luck anyway if you feel up to it thumbup.gif . Of course, if you don't get such an opportunity this time and just continue your studies straightaway, you will not lose out much cool.gif .
