Poor defense at it again.I think BR needs a proper defensive coach to help him.
On the bright side, most players had the composure to convert their penalties.

This is why you should keep faith in players from your academy rather than go crazy and scavenge for british talents.

Of course, with BR in charge, what do you expect the result to be?
*
Quit your trolling please. What i meant was basel away is a tough game + the current poor morale in the team.
It's people like you who expect big wins every time and underestimate opponents.

I am quite surprised you haven't started the shouts to bring kenny back.

Sorry bro. I do not expect us to win big. But more importantly, I'm not pessimistic. Sounds like we already lost the battle even before it started. And I don't point fingers at what kind of fans other fans are.
*
Then show some respect without trolling. You are implying i am pessimistic but i am being realistic.
It's easy to be sarcastic as a keyboard warrior.Doubt you can do that in real life....

The only way out of the vicious cycle is by buying established star players.
Young and hungry is just not working.I really hope it doesnt cost br his job.

I dont think any team which was won domestic or CL in the past 20 years won it without at least a world class player.

Problem is too many lfc fans and scouts are living in the 80's era where they think the club can make cheap signings like barnea and aldrige and dominate all the way to the title.Even arsenal have ditched their youth only policy.

He needs to change if he wants to revive his career. Else he will be shipped again for even cheaper price. Rumours already saying Liv already looking at another striker probably during January transfer window.

Learn from Benteke!
*
Benteke will be an excellent third choice striker.
A far better player than borini and lambert.Too bad he is injured.

Rodgers has a crucial transfer window in january that he has to sign top class players failing which i can see him go at the end of the season.

The minimum target should be Cl qualification for next season whether by winning europa,cl or top 4 this season.

I see a lot of media taken this out of context...

i suppose he thinks too highly of himself. Why didnt liverpool lead the epl table when he was playing as the lone striker during sturridge injury? fact is sturridge helped suarez to play his own game.Otherwise suarez has struggled against teams like chelsea, stoke and city.Liverpool's title run wasn't down to suarez form alone. It was SAS.

Well it's not like he doesn't want to sign big names, the problem is no big names want to play under him unless we pay over the top dollar for em.
*

I think a healthy position in the top 4 and qualification to the knock out round in the CL could entice some big stars to come in january.
