I don't understand why we slow down tempo when they gt defenders like hibbert and jagielka..definitely worse tactic by be and very frustrated for last 20minutes..juz add 1 more goals only start the time wasting game.

I don't see any problems with the players but the tactic that inviting evertonian to attack.. Worse derby I ever watched

Seriously, I am tired of giving out opinion and criticise anymore. doh.gif

Trust me, if Liverpool really wanted to retain 4th place, the only way now is to win every game in December, then there will be slight hope of 4th place.

6th games, only 2 win, seriously like a mid table result. shakehead.gif

To be fair, it was a thunderbolt of a strike.

And why do he have the chance of kicking out an oooosome thunderbolt? Its the tactic of BR that he decided to time wasting, but still invite Everton to attack.

The form we're currently in, is even worse than BR first season.

As much as Balotelli trying hard to improve his attitude and behaviour, he just doesn't fit to the profile we're looking for as a striker.

Whenever we're counter attacking, instead of making runs or attacking space, he chose to drop deep.

Lallana is pretty good though.
Making the runs, some footwork, lots of chasing.

And we finished 2nd last season, because we had an awesome run at the second half of the season, with a very long winning streak.

So this season Liverpool have to repeat the same thing to secure 4th place. Which I hugely doubt so.

Well, how often has he given it a go? I can't be 100% sure but I think the Liverpool players were already in/around the box marking the most obvious of threats.

But yes, they were sitting quite deep towards the end, but I guess the pressure of winning a derby game at home made them nervous.

It has happened many times last season and has yet to be rectified. Coaches are at fault here. Can't exactly pinpoint a scapegoat for that wondergoal, can only blame ourselves for inviting pressure. Still lacking sharpness in the final third. Lallana our MOTM for me.

In this match, its clearly BR tactic at fault here, after Gerrard scored, the whole fast pace tempo had gone, and Liverpool keep the possession in the middle, but when they lost the possession, they dropped very very deep. Once they get to clear the ball, it will reach fellow Everton player again, its like inviting Everton to trying out their luck of scoring.

No comment on that.

But lets say if Liverpool stand with 10 points after 10 games played, what say you?
