Or the cheapest way to improve our squad is to change our team strategy n philosophy... that might cost BR's job
*
Judging by the dubious decisions BR has made since early of the season, I'd say either he buck up or get shipped out. Ancelotti when compared to Br, was a class above the rest.

Garry Monk for the hot seat anyone?

There are like tonnes of manager out there BUT you have go to nominate a god damn BRIT at every given chance...Why doh.gif
*
Pray tell who would be the tonnes that are keen to take the hot seat? With a plethora of players under 25 we have it'll be good to see a young and upcoming manager in our ranks. Been observing Monk's progression from player to manager and it's been impressive to see how he has matured.

However as suggested by another firing BR is not the solution, since the season is well under way. I agree getting another defence coach would bring improvement to our leaky defence.

I feel sorry for the likes of Lovren, the seniors have been nothing but liability.

the Stevie G factor perhaps? his time is running out, no 'senior' in the current squad is currently looking like they're taking over his place. we need commanders in both defense and midfield area. we used to have commanders in Carra and Stevie (heck, even Reina commands his defenders like a bawse) but current fact is Carra is no longer there and no one's taking over that role in defense while Stevie is still heading towards the inevitable, his retirement, also without a solid replacement.

i believe the current squad is good enough. heck they might even go the distance. please, call me a dreamer but i believe in them. leadership on the pitch is the only key right now.

Hence the reason why I find Hendo being made vice-captain was a flawed one. He doesn't command the respect of the team

How come Mancity not in London, still can attract so many "star players"?
*
try paying 300k salary and exorbitant purchase price, hulu-hulu also still can go. Ukraine leagues continue attracting good brazilians and african players even tho they're known as one of the more racist leagues.

Money talks..

BR approach to make the players moar geram bcoz they conceded and retaliate with full attack. No bus needed.

I think u can see dat working back then with QPR. Unlike during KD time, we were easily turned off for no reason. Now we fought back.
With RM its hard la of kos...but its getting there
*
It still baffles me that BR said he does not need defensive coaches, no wonder we've been leaking goals. vmad.gif

Lovren
Markovic
Balo
Can
Lambert
Borini
Alberto
Aspas
Nuri Sahin

The flop list keeps going on and on and on.... Infinite floop
*
Can? He's played what 1 1/2 games? I think it's rather unfair to be judging him so soon.

In fact, during the RM game he had at least put some 'sting' into our game play when he came on

This is the reason why an experienced manager will always have the pick of the bunch:

At the moment, BR can only call upon his experience with Swansea (though I do remember a deal with Sigurdsson breaking down last min also), but hopefully with enough experience and success, people won't need so much convincing to come over to the red half of merseyside
*
also chelsea, borini and sturridge were from his time in the blue half

Rodgers really does have a tendency to be idiotic.
He will be massacred if he loses tonight.

I was really hoping borini starts, ball misses someone up front to support him. He's been playing well until now
