Sifu palmwalker,
Take a recent kepong project as example: 1. South is high tension cable 2. North is sewerage treatment plant 3. West is still water dirty lake 4. East entrance is not direct access to highway 5. The site previously is rubbish dump site By judging based on all the above, is this a very inauspicious place to stay? How about if consider rent out the unit?
