after Puspakom; get your in-law to register for myDigitalID online, then login to JPJ using myDigitalID which you will have Advance functions to permit vehicle ownership transfer online. then you also get myDigitalID and log in to JPJ as well to accept the ownership transfer online and make JPJ paymentmy in law is transfering ownership to me.
