threadmill 8-10km...tts wat i do...but if im there for d dancing clas,it cld b whole lot longer in terms of hours...ie 6-8hrs...

eating right is vry important...wic i find darn difficult to practise stil even up til now...coz im a non-vege eater...milk n beef n many other healthy stuf are out of mylist...duno does d workout help in anyway 2sumhow 'counterbalance' d lose i encounter in diet ie. food

haaa...2day i stayed in gym for all d classes from 8:30am-10:30pm
so syokkkkkkkkkkk...finali break d record d....

bonzaimy,one really can get quite addicted to things one luv to do...you will feel d same soon..so you'll be in subang for your 1st basic training 2ml night??goodluck and do your best..have fun:)

so CF my best lepak place when i wana sweat

i suppose u are referring to 7am-10pm...not onli u,i think no1 can do that?it doesnt help stretching that way oso..hey Vidal rox man,go go go dance!he do pump too if u dun wana look too weird...haha hapy workout!
