hello, i have problem, when i update my nokia lumia 530 software, i use wifi, but cant log in facebook, twitter, cant create google account, it keep saying i not connect to internet, my wifi didnt block anything, i can still surfing website or windows store, i just cant log in my other social account, i already try reset, and reinstall facebook...

i already try send to the shop where i buy the phone, when they look at it, they try to reset my phone, when everything done reset, they try update facebook, that time i can log in my social account and create google account and other, but when i go home, i update everything that the phone show, and than the problem happen again.

anyone have experienced same problem?

i'm currently using htc mozart (win 7.8) and lumia 530 (win 8.1)
my room is the last in my house, about 25-30 meter from the wifi rooter.
my htc have quite strong connection with the wifi, but my lumia only shows 1 bar or not at all.
However, i still can use wifi in the lumia although if there is no bar at all.

for your issue, try restart your wifi, and then re-enter back the password of the wifi in your lumia. as long as it is recognized your wifi, i think it is not a problem.

i already done that, i try many wifi signal that i have, not the distance is a problem, i try my friend laptop hotspot, i try my sony tethering, i try my school wifi, and also the shop wifi when i 1st sent the phone back to them, the problem still occurred, its ok after they reset my phone, but after i done update the phone system, the problem happen again..

just i'm confuse. 530 already installed with latest update.

nope, it have few update like, ringtone maker, transfer my data, one drive, music, calender, skype, mix radio, video, podcasts, bettery saver, games... it show in windows store to update this.... after i update this, i cant use my social network like facebook and twitter,

just the apps update. i dont have problem after the update.

i have similar issue with lumiz 630. turn out to be sim card specific.

Try borrow a sim card from friends/family plug in and c what happen. Preferably a new sim card, not one that been used for years.

By chance is the Time and Date on your 530 right?
If not, try fixing it and maybe it'll solve the issue.
