I do the same, and did get the email reply, but didnt see the BT even after 2 weeks.
Does it mean my BT request being rejected? Or they overlook it?
If it is rejected, will they inform me? Anyone has idea on this?

For those that BT from AEON to other bank, when submit statement, do you submit 1st & 2nd page? Or 2nd page will do? Thanks smile.gif
