I emailed my BT form to customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my on monday, but until now still no one reply or call me for verification(it is my 1st BT). Can anyone tell me if they would notify whether they have received the email? I am afraid the email didnt reach them.

Just emailed another BT form to PBB. In their reply, they mention that the 0% campaign will be ending by 31-Dec! I am not sure if they really mean ending it(no more renew campaign as usual), but this is the first time I see them mention this in the email.
"We would like to advise that we have forwarded your balance transfer request to the relevant department for processing.
Please be informed that our current 0% interest balance transfer campaign will be ending by 31 Dec 2015."
