There's an issue last week with my application as well.
It's better you call up after you send the application form to confirm they receive it.

I had to re-submit again via email today (first submission on 17th was not receive shocking.gif rclxub.gif )

just wondering, anyone BT from HLB Wise -> MBB?

do you use softcopy statement downloaded from HLB Connect (CSV format, without header) or scan hardcopy statement (received 1 week later)?
*
HLB Connect has a eStatement (non-PDF) browser based which you can print to PDF... I use this each time with AEON BT.
It has all the relevant info required.

so, you're viewing the "My Statement" and print it as PDF using browser (e.g. Google Chrome)?

I've received the Waiver for the 3% Upfront MBB BT fee after 3 working days... excellent quick service from MBB. Total turn-around MBB BT application is approximately 5 working days (for my case), which includes 1 public holiday and 1 weekend

Anything wrong with their "cc_cad@aeonmalaysia.com.my" email? Do you resubmit to the " cc_cad@aeonmalaysia.com.my" email or "customer.service@aeonmalaysia.com.my"? smile.gif
*
I resend to BOTH emails on the 2nd attempt... They did receive it.

Just to let you guys know,
I purposely overpaid my Maybank CC by Rm10k from Public Bank CC.
Then I request to refund the excessive payment RM8k (RM10k - my outstanding amount which supposingly only need to paid on next statement date around 2k) back to my Maybank Saving Account.

The whole process is free of charge BUT will take UP to 8 working days.
And if the excessive payment is more than RM10K, you need to provide payment receipt for their verification.

Not sure about other bank. I will test on CIMB soon. Stay tune smile.gif

Do we need to fill up any forms ?

OK, I think I got your logic now. hmm.gif I guess if I start doing this, I'll be busying doing BT every month. laugh.gif
For my 14th due date payment with MBB, I believe I won't have sufficient time to BT to Aeon now right? sad.gif Thinking to pay RM 1k per month is better than paying full RM 6k. laugh.gif
Assuming if I manage to BT RM 6.8k from MBB to Aeon, that means every month I'm supposed to pay RM 1133 to Aeon. Once it is billed to my Aeon in every month, I will request to BT 2000 (is this OK as it is >1133?) out to MBB.
Then, I will need to pay RM 167/monthly to MBB?
I'll continue this cycle (Aeon>MBB) until RM 6800 clears in Aeon card.
By doing this way rather than BT the whole amount from Aeon back to MBB, I will not reduce so much of my MBB CL as my primary spending card is still AmEx.

Is my understanding correct? unsure.gif
Or is there any better way to manage this?
*
I don't think you can BT more than AEON's Statement Amount to MBB's 12-month 0% BT plan...
